IS SECURED by mailing the following 3 items--postmarked within 3 days
(Your Receipt/Confirmation will have detailed amounts and correct dating)

1)  A check for PAYMENT IN FULL (dated & deposited 2 months prior to arrival)     
2)  A separate DEPOSIT check of $250-$500  (currently dated and held uncashed)        3) THIS PAGE filled out and dated in acceptance of the policies stated within

The DEPOSIT is HELD UNCASHED and used only in the event of excessive cleaning expenses, loss, damage, cancellation fee, or breach of the policies stated with in this Agreement. This deposit is shredded upon non use.

YOU ACCEPT ADDITIONAL responsibility for charges levied in excess of your damage deposit, for excessive cleaning expenses, loss, damage, cancellation fee, or breach of the policies stated with in this Agreement.

Breakage, loss, or malfunction MUST BE REPORTED DURING YOUR STAY by phone or email, regardless of how minimal.  Whether charged for the actual occurance or not, there will be a minimal fee of $150 FOR UNREPORTED INCIDENTS.

There is a $75 fee for CANCELLATIONS made before the deposit date.  In the event you find it neccessary to cancel after your deposit date, we will refund you for the recovered amount during the nights we are able to rebook, and will make every effort to do so.  Travel Insurance is recommended for the reimbursement of cancellations.
