Personal Check DEPOSITs are HELD UNCASHED and shredded upon non-use. Online DEPOSITS are REFUNDED. Deposits are used only in the event of excessive cleaning expenses, loss, damage, cancellation fee, or breach of the policies stated with in this Agreement.
YOU ACCEPT ADDITIONAL responsibility for charges levied in excess of your damage deposit, for excessive cleaning expenses, loss, damage, cancellation fee, or breach of the policies stated with in this Agreement.
Breakage,loss,damage or malfunction MUST BE REPORTED DURING YOUR STAY by phone or email, regardless of how minimal. Whether charged for the actual occurance or not, there will be a minimal fee of $100 FOR UNREPORTED INCIDENTS.
There is a $75 fee for CANCELLATIONS made before the deposit date. In the event you find it necessary to cancel after your deposit date, we will refund you for the for nights we are able to rebook- minus the cancellation fee, and will make every effort to do so. Travel Insurance is recommended for the reimbursement of cancellations.
